Silos Estate is housed in a beautifully restored dairy farm dating back to 1870. The Vineyard
The estate boasts a 5-hectare vineyard planted with seven grape varieties:
White: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon
Red: Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec
These varietals are used to produce the estate's premium Silos Estate label wines, which showcase the unique characteristics of the Shoalhaven region.
Wine Tasting Experience
Cellar Door
Open seven days a week from 11 am to 5 pm (except Christmas Day), the cellar door at Silos Estate offers visitors the opportunity to sample their award-winning wines. While bookings are recommended, walk-ins are accommodated subject to availability.
Wiley's Creek Label
In addition to their estate-grown wines, Silos Estate produces the Wiley's Creek label, sourcing grapes from other renowned Australian wine regions. This label includes varieties such as Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Muscat, and Pinot, allowing visitors to experience a broader range of Australian wines.
